| My Fiance and I have been eating 90% organic and 80% raw for the past 2 months and we have never felt better! For a great raw cookbook, I recommend Carol Alt's latest book, it's fantastic! I was so surprised to see that I could eat raw and not really miss the cooked foods I used to eat. | |

| Hi Joanna, Thanks for your question. I've tried so many deodorants as well. I Like TOMS brand unscented. It seems to work well. You can also just use baby power. Do you eat dairy? Eliminating dairy can help eliminate the need for deodorant. Check out the videos we have on the raw food page if you're interested. Rich Blessings to you. | |

| Hi Blythe, I really enjoyed the videos on pesiticides, cleaning products and hemp fuel. I have a question for you. Do you know of any natural, non-chemical containing deoderants that WORK? I have tried a few natural brands from the store but they do not work at all! But I know there's got to be some natural deoderant out there that works without having to expose yourself to aluminum, parabens and all those other non-pronouncable named chemicals they put in conventional deoderants. Do you know of any? | |

| Hi Eddie, Let me apologize for the time this response took. I had written you back several weeks ago, but we are dealing with a spam issue on this forum, so the responses didn’t come up. I’m in production on a comedy short right now…so girl has been booked to the max. But I want to take a brief moment to give you those pointers you asked for. Some habits will have to change: - You’ll have to think about your food ahead of time and bring your own if you don’t think a hardy organic living meal is available. - Adding sprouted nuts and seeds to a salad and avocado, makes the salad a filing meal. - Hemp seeds are the highest source of omega 3, 6, and 9, so that’s a great thing to add. - You can buy them already sprouted online or at a health food store. - If you’re not familiar with sprouting, this is to activate the seed or nut to make it a living food. Soaking them in water for 12 hours or so, (different for every seed and nut, you will know how long to soak them with practice and experience) rinsing them when the water gets cloudy. This removes the enzyme inhibiters, making the seed active, like the Earth would do. This is how we want to eat out seeds and nuts. There is so much more to tell you, but I’ve got to run. I’ll write more soon. | |
